Customer Mapping training formats
1. Customer Mapping-Total  is the powerful, fully immersive 48 hours training. Starting at noon on day 1, finishing around noon on day 3, with evening assignments as part of the program. A unique training and at the same time a real time strategy conference, mapping live projects and customers as part of the training.
2. The same basic program can also be delivered as a 1-day crash course, selecting clearly defined topics from Customer Mapping.
3. Another possibility is to roll out the program in stages, following the Customer Mapping structure: dynamic DMU – buying process – picture of the opportunity – sales strategy.
4. A final option is Customer Mapping lite. This half-day program is tailored to small and medium-sized businesses, retail and is also useful for customer service functions.

Who should attend
Customer Mapping is an investment in the commercial strength of the entire organization. We recommend the program first of all for the whole sales organization, from sales directors all the way to customer service and sales support. The program, however, focuses on sales as teamwork. This means involving colleagues and specialists as internal resources in the sales process and for that reason we recommend offering Customer Mapping to groups including Finance, Ops, IT, Legal and HR.

Action Learning  
The program has a well-designed theory-action balance, that is, small pieces of theory and above all action. Lessons learned are not only used after training. This is action learning at its best, the Customer Mapping model and principles are used in training and applied to current cases and projects.
There is no minimum group size, we can organize for Customer Mapping trainings for large groups up to 35+ participants.
