The People Agenda, Delta D’s program for managers, is the focus of great managers. The People Agenda is a people management program, because we believe in ‘no people no numbers’. The manager plays a vital role when it comes to supporting people’s needs at work. This training program provides world class people tools to modern managers, helping them enable individual and team performance.

The People Agenda’s core is three types of management:

– Talent management.
