We all have our lesser talents, that is normal and not an issue. However, missing a talent needed in your role becomes a weakness. Then you have to manage around it. In teams this can be done through partnering.
Managers
Focus+ is closely connected with The People Agenda, the Delta D program for great managers. If all results are achieved by people, it makes sense to give them full focus. Managers are close to the action and can really make a difference here by hiring, deploying and coaching people based on strengths.
