Program Focus+

Focus+ is developed as a team approach. Additionally, there is an individual and also a management learning track.

Focus+ helps people excel in their role and work together productively. This by offering a powerful program for getting to know their’s and each other’s strengths, and defining goals based on strengths.

Focus+ basic training program for your team
A first session, Focus+ I, is an introduction into the principles of building the Strengths Based Organization. After this training, participants take their Strengthsfinder assessment.
In Focus+ II, the sequel, people will learn more about their own strengths and as well the strengths of all team members. Also we build and discuss the Strengths team picture.
The basis program then ends with Focus+ III. Whilst still digging deeper into your personal and colleagues’ strengths, we set the steps for partnering within the team (coöperation and supporting each other based on strengths).

All training sessions come with a well-designed flow of activities to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the Strengths language, themselves and the team.
To keep Focus+ alive, after these training days Delta D provides managers and teams with a series of follow-up activities for the years ahead.

Focus+ personal or organizational track
The Focus+ program is also open to individuals, using the StrengthsFinder assessment and coaching.
For an organization-wide approach, we propose a management and organizational route in addition to the above presented basic training program for teams.
