Based on principles of positive psychology the Delta D program Focus+ aims at building a Strengths Based Organization: an organization where people not only know their strengths and those of their colleagues, but also use and deploy these strengths in their daily work. We aim for excellence at work, and this can only be achieved by focusing on strengths. The Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment is the main tool we use.
